Sales Tax Exemption

A valid state sales tax exemption form is required for your order's ship-to state. Federal W-9 Forms and IRS Declaration Letters are not acceptable for exemption from state sales tax.

 

We are required by law to have your sales tax exemption certificate to process your order without tax, otherwise you will be charged tax at time of order.

Please note: If your Sales Tax Exemption form contains vendor information, please include Brazilian Book Distributor as the vendor with address 30162 Tomas, Rancho Santa Margarita, CA 92679. Kindly double check that it is signed and dated when required.

In accordance with applicable law, Brazilian Book Distributor collects sales tax on orders shipping within or to the following states: Arkansas, California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Michigan, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Washington DC, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
