Presentation 
"His name was Maliq and he was the last of twenty among sisters and brothers." 
So begins the story of Maliq, a boy who likes to run and play like other children. But Maliq becomes an orphan and the only refuge he finds are the old books discovered in the attic of the house. 
The books, then, become the world for Maliq – mother, father, friends, home and even bed. It is thanks to the power of reading that the boy dreams, survives loneliness and, finally, matures to walk his own path.
