It is important that we know about the value of our uniqueness, about what makes us unique in the world, because in this way we nourish self-love, self-care and mental health. But there is no “I” without “us”, there is no human existence without the collective, there is no home without a country, diversity is inevitable, as this illustrated album by Argentine authors Andrea Braverman and Ana Inés Castelli tells us. In a matryoshka effect, the passing of the double pages reveals nuances of what is within/near each of us and what unfolds across continents and oceans. It is prose, but it is also poetry. It's solitude, mystery, art and possibly a desire to embrace the world and its imperfections.
