Dogman is a very brave superhero with a huge heart, but who always gets into trouble! And in the third volume of the series from the creator of Captain Underpants, the situation could not be different. When officer Rocha and his dog Greg suffer an accident, the only way for the two to survive is by fusing the dog's head with the police officer's body - and that's how DogMan is born, the best police officer in the city! But he's still honing his skills at work. Pepê, the cat, his greatest enemy, decides to create a clone of himself to have the greatest partner in crime of all time – and put an end to DogMan once and for all! The problem is that his plan doesn't work out very well, and his clone is a baby version: Pepezinho. Angry, he decides to expel the kitten from his secret laboratory, but will Pepê be able to control his jealousy when he sees that the Dogman is not only man's best friend, but also the kitten's best friend?
