Before Captain Underpants, Jorge and Haroldo created a hero who drinks water from the toilet, rolls over criminals and barks in the face of danger: Dog Man! This is the continuation of their adventures (and confusion).

When officer Rocha and his dog Greg suffer an accident, the only way for the two to survive is by fusing the dog's head with the police officer's body - and that's how Dog Man is born, the best police officer in the city! But he is still honing his skills at work.
Pepê, the cat, his greatest enemy, has escaped from Cat Prison once again and is terrifying everyone with his criminal acts. Villainy seems like a fish out of water unleashed on the city. But the Dog Man is on the loose – and out of control! – to stop the bad guys. Will he be able to keep his focus away from the pet shop toys and save the city once again?
