Before Captain Underpants, Jorge and Haroldo created a new hero who drinks water from the toilet, rolls over criminals and barks in the face of danger! two survive is by merging the dog's head with the police officer's body – and that's how Dog Man is born, the best police officer in the city! However, he has a great enemy: the terrible cat Pepê, and it won't be easy to face this villain who may seem cute, but has millions of evil ideas in his head.
