Pete the Cat is feeling low. When he bumps into Grumpy Toad, he's surprised to learn he has the perfect solution: magic glasses! With them, Pete now rides around happily on his skateboard and wants to help all the friends he meets along the way to be happy too. But then, when he trips and breaks his glasses, he learns that maybe they weren't responsible for making the day more beautiful.
