NINA VAI AO BRASIL

 
The color and rhymes that already appeared in the book “I also speak Portuguese” now return more tropical and full of ginga in “Nina vai ao Brasil” – a celebration of the country's diversity and cultural richness. Passing through ten cities from all regions, Renata Formoso's text brings very Brazilian expressions and words, including a small glossary where children can learn even more. There is also a final presentation of the places visited by Nina, such as Avenida Paulista, Corcovado, Ilha de Marajó, Palácio da Alvorada and Pelourinho.
 
Carolina Coroa's illustrations present tourist landscapes and situations full of discovery and affection, as well as a map of Brazil indicating the cities visited by Nina with her grandmother Teresa. Anyone who knows the points portrayed in the book can explore the images and tell their own stories and experiences in family conversations.
