The games that were part of many people's childhood are so important and symbolize our culture so strongly that they are now considered an inseparable part of our folklore. Hopscotch, Spinning Top, Jump rope and many others are the motto for Ivan Cruz's visual art, which, in turn, inspired the authors Mércia Leitão and Neide Duarte to use poetic art to translate our playing folklore into words.
