CHAPEUZINHO AMARELO
Little Yellow Riding Hood tells the story of a scared little yellow girl. I was afraid of everything, even the fear of being afraid. She was so fearful that she no longer had fun, she didn't play, she didn't sleep, she didn't eat. His biggest fear was meeting the Wolf, who was capable of eating “two grandmothers, a hunter, king, princess, seven pots of rice and a dessert hat”.
By facing the Wolf and starting to enjoy life like every child, Little Red teaches us a valuable lesson about courage and overcoming fear. Now in its 41st edition, this classic of our children's literature has enchanted generations and generations of readers. In 1979, Chico Buarque's book received the “Highly Recommended” seal from the National Children's and Youth Book Foundation (FNLIJ), and, in 1998, Ziraldo won the Jabuti Prize in the Illustration category.
