A FESTA NO CÉU

The party in the sky: a tale from our folklore is, as the title itself indicates, a story from oral tradition revisited by Angela Lago. Through the vision of the wingless animals of the forest, we know the story of the turtle, who wants to participate in the party in the sky by deceiving the king vulture. At the beginning of the story, we see happy birds, in contrast to the sad faces of other animals, such as the monkey and the alligator, who could not participate in the celebration because they did not have wings. The turtle is the only one who doesn't seem bothered, as he had already planned his strategy to be at the party, as the verbal text indicates. The illustrations resemble the general camera shot in the cinema, showing details of the space and other characters that are omitted in the written text.
